Timezone Powercard will expire if they are not used for 12 months without transactions. However, if you use your card regularly, it will remain active for 12 months from the last date of use.
Sorry, if you don't visit for 12 months at the location where your TIZO is registered, your TIZO and e-ticket will automatically expire.
TIZO can only be used where you make transactions and cannot be used in other locations.
Timezone has 3 transaction categories, namely:
1. Purchase Tizo
2. Exchange souvenirs in Timezone
3. Play on one of the game machines
Your powercard can still be recharged even if it is not used more than 12 months
You can buy play packages at Venue Timezone, then you will be given a Powercard.

All tickets or Powerticket will be saved electronically to your Powercard every time you finish playing a game. There are several Timezone locations where the machines still issue paper tickets. These shops have set up paper ticket counting machines that will convert physical ticket values into Powerticket and put in your Powercard.
Simply bring your Powercard to the counter and our staff will inform you how many tickets you have. Then you can choose various kinds of souvenirs in our Souvenir Shop area which can be chosen according to the number of tickets you have.
If you don't want to use your E-ticket at that time, your ticket data will still be stored on the card and can be accumulated with the next ticket you get. Powertickets will expire after 12 months from the last use of Powercard.
Timezone operational hours vary in each location, when we are normal we operate at 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, but there will be adjustments in each location. You can check the update here.
