- Tizo is the unit of accumulated balance in the customer's Timezone card, replacing the unit of "VND game credits".
- Tizui is the unit of accumulated bonus points in the customer's Timezone card, replacing the unit of "Ticket and E-ticket".
The units of Tizo and Tizui will be displayed on the Timezone Fun App and on the card reader when the customer checks or has a transaction at the Timezone center.

- 1,000 VND game credits = 1 Tizo.
- 1 Ticket/ E-ticket = 1 Tizui.
** For example:
- 1,100,000 VND game credits = 1,100 Tizo.
- 1,000 Tickets/ E-Tickets = 1,000 Tizui.
Updating the Tizo and Tizui units does not affect the Timezone account balance as well as the quality of fun and all benefits of customers.

The update of points and balance in the customer's Timezone card will be applied from 24.03.2025.
The synchronization process will be completed by 31.03.2025 at the latest

Customers need to carefully review the conversion value of Tizo and Tizui, then check the balance and reward points that have been updated in their card on the Fun App.

Existing reward points vouchers can still be used after the points and balance updates are applied. This update will not affect customer benefits.

Timezone Fun App version 2.3.7 (latest version on 20.02.2025) will be updated with this feature.
