From April 01 2025, Timezone Vietnam updates the new feature on the Fun App application: "Tap & Play" to enhance the user's experience at Timezone.
"Tap and Play" is a feature that allows you to integrate Timezone card right on your phone via Apple Wallet (iOS)/ Google Wallet (Android). All gaming operations at the venue will be done directly on the phone easily and super convenient.
Benefits of the feature "Tap and Play" on Fun App brings:
- Enjoy playing everywhere without carrying physical cards.
- Do not worry about losing the card.
Steps are as follows:
- Step 1: Download Timezone Fun App.
Go to App Store or Google Play, then type "Timezone Fun app" in the search bar and download the latest version of the app (2.3.7 or higher).
- Step 2: Register for Timezone Powercard
Create a Fun app account, go to the homepage, in the "My Timezone Card" section, click on the "+" icon to scan the card or manually enter the card code into the account.
- Step 3: Add card to E-Wallet
Click on the card you want to add to the wallet, the "Add card to wallet" item will appear right below
Click on "Add to Google Wallet" or "Add to Apple Wallet" to go to the operation of adding the card to E-Wallet (Google Wallet/Apple Wallet). Note: you can only add 1 card to 1 Wallet account.
- Step 4: Check the card display on the wallet
Click on Google wallet/Apple wallet and check the Timezone card display on the wallet.
- Step 5: Check the card's utilities in the wallet
Check the card rank, card balance (Tizo/Tizui) and the barcode to convert tickets.
- Step 6: Tap the card and play
Hold your device near the card reader of the game machine and select the Timezone card to pay and enjoy the game.

Download our Timezone Fun App and add your Powercard to your mobile device's wallet to enjoy seamless gameplay at any of our venues with a tap of your phone.
You need to have Timezone Fun App, Apple Wallet (for IOS) or Google Wallet (for Android)
Simply follow these steps
1. Go to App Store or Google Play, search for Timezone Fun App, download the app and register an account with your phone number/email or log in to your existing Fun App account.
2. Add a Powercard to your account by going to "My Timezone Cards", clicking on the "+" sign in the middle of the screen, scanning the card or manually entering the card number into the account
3. On the "My Powercards" section, click on "Details" to the right of the screen. If you have multiple Powercards, swipe to the Powercard you wish to add to your device's wallet.
4. Click on "Add card to wallet".
5. Follow set-up steps from your device and click confirm.
6. Your Powercard should now be visible in your device's wallet.
Activate your wallet, select your Powercard and hold your device near a game's card reader to activate the game.
To be able to add your Powercard to your device's wallet, you will need to ensure that your Fun App is updated to the latest version and above (2.3.7 or above). You can do this by visiting the App Store or Play Store and click update.
If you upgrade your card or have your Powercard reissued due to card loss, you will need to remove your digital Powercard from your device's wallet and add the new card number from the Fun App to your device's wallet again.
You should be able to see your card balance, available Tizo/Tizui, card number and card type. The image display represents your card tier.
You can now reload without your physical powercard at Timezone venues. Simply flash your e-card from Google Wallet or Apple Wallet to reload at the counter.
Unfortunately, for the upgrade of the Powercard, a physical power card must be presented to assure card owner's benefits.
You should only use one of the two to ensure card transactions history are fully synchronized.

Apple wallet and Google Wallet are the only digital wallets that support the Timezone Tap & Play.
