Q: I have reloaded both in-venues and in Fun App separately. Will I be eligible for more than 1 chance?
A: Both in-venues and Timezone Fun App transactions are valid, as long as you have reloaded a minimum of $38 in a single (1) transaction in both platforms. Eg. If you reloaded $38 in venue, and made a next transaction of $38 in Fun App, you will receive a total of two (2) chances in the draw.
Q: I have 2 Powercards registered under the same Timezone account. I have reloaded $20 in my primary card, and $20 in my secondary card in a single spend. Will I be eligible for 1 entry?
A: Yes, you are eligible for one (1) entry, as you have spent a min $38 in a single (1) transaction.
Q: I have made multiple transactions and I am eligible for more than 1 entry. How do I check the accumulated entries?
A: You will receive an email notification on the number of valid entries you have accumulated the next working day.
Q: I have reloaded Double Deals "Buy $200, Get $400" in a single transaction. How many chances do I receive?
A: You will receive only 1 entry into the draw, as it counts as one (1) transaction.
Q: I have upgraded my Powercard to the next membership tier. Does this affect my entry?
A: No, it does not affect your entry, as long as you are still registered as a Timezone member.
Q: I did not get issued the correct number of lucky draw chances based on my transactions. What should I do?

Q: What personal data do I need to provide in order to participate in the draw?
A: Your personal information including your name and contact number will be collected based on the details you have provided in your Account under Profile in Timezone Fun App.

Q: How do I know if I am one of the winners?
A: If you are the winner, you will be contacted within 7 working days from the last date of draw. We will update the landing page with the name of winners and their last 4 digits of their Powercard number.
