Get rewarded for playing? Yes! Timezone Rewards is a membership programme that gives you free rewards for playing at all Timezone venues in Singapore. Rewards vary according to membership tiers and range from free game credits, bonus Powertickets, exclusive benefits and so much more.
You can join Timezone Rewards by downloading and registering your Powercard to the Timezone Fun App to enjoy member benefits. There are 4 tiers of Timezone Rewards:
Cumulative spend is based on the total net load accumulated in a Timezone powercard. Cumulative spending excludes party packages purchased and bonus game credit earned from offers, promotions, and double deals.
Example: a load of S$20 on a double-dollar equals S$40 worth of game credits. The net load credited towards Timezone Rewards is S$20.
Log in to your Timezone Fun App, click on "Powercards," and you will see your cumulative spend under "My Timezone Rewards."
Alternatively, please visit any Timezone Venues to check your cumulative spend.

Sign up for a Fun App account and register your powercard with a valid email address or a Singapore mobile number, and you will be enrolled on the Timezone Membership reward programme.
Get member benefits such as birthday reward, upgrade bonuses, mid-tier bonuses, game discounts and more. The best part is that your game credits are protected in case of loss.
You will be notified through your registered email address of your upgraded membership tier. Your tier-achievement bonuses will be awarded via the Timezone Fun app.
To redeem, open "My Vouchers" from your app and tap the "Redeem" button to instantly credit the rewards into your account.
Yes. Your Timezone card, game credit and e-tickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last game played.

Timezone regulation does not allow card ownership transfer at the moment. Timezone reserves the right to permanently deactivate the card if the member is found to be in violation of this rule.
To qualify for your birthday voucher, you must be a registered member of the Timezone Fun App.
As a registered Timezone Fun App member, you'll automatically receive your birthday voucher on the first day of your birthday month, delivered straight to your Timezone Fun App.
Once you've received your birthday voucher, simply claim it within the app and credit the game credits to your power card hassle-free.
If you're already a member of the Timezone Fun App, your Birthday Voucher will be conveniently delivered straight to your app.

Once you've signed up as a Timezone Fun App member and registered your powercard within the app, simply reach out to our Guest Experience Specialist during your birthday month, and we'll arrange for your birthday voucher to be sent to you.

Please note: Each Timezone Fun App account is eligible for only one Birthday Voucher per year, awarded based on the highest card tier associated with your account.
Simply redeem your birthday reward (voucher) within the Timezone Fun App under "My Voucher".
If you possess multiple cards within your account, you're entitled to a (1) Birthday Treat based on the highest card tier.
For instance, if you have cards at Platinum, Gold, and Red tiers, you'll receive a Birthday Bonus of $50 Game Credits, reflecting the benefits of your highest-tier card, during your birthday month.
Starting 1st April 2024, subscription to Timezone communications is no longer required to receive the birthday reward (voucher).

The birthday reward (voucher) will be valid for use within 31 days from the date of issuance.
Unfortunately, your birthday reward (voucher) validity cannot be extended. Therefore, we encourage you to claim it promptly upon receiving it.
The voucher on Timezone Fun App is non-transferable.

Starting 1 August 2024, registered Timezone Fun App members will receive their “Daily FREE Game(s)” e-voucher delivered to the Timezone Fun App every day before 10 am. You can find the voucher under the “My Vouchers” section of the Fun App.
If you have just upgraded to the Platinum or Gold tier and registered your new card on the Timezone Fun App, please allow up to 3 days for the “Daily Free Game(s)” voucher to be issued to you after your registration.

Unfortunately, each e-voucher is valid only on the day of issuance and is redeemable at any Timezone venue only during operating hours. The e-voucher is not transferable or accumulative to the next day. Please note that operating hours vary by venue.
However, don't worry! You will receive a new e-voucher the next day, as they are delivered to you daily at 10 am.
No, you will need to have the Timezone Fun App and register your Powercard to your account to receive the daily free game(s) e-voucher.
Upon redemption, the Free Game(s) will be credited to your Timezone Platinum/Gold Powercard and will apply to the first 1 or 2 game(s)/attraction(s) played at the venue where the redemption is made. These must be used on the day of redemption and at the specific venue where they are redeemed.

The Platinum Free Drink Reward is applied as one voucher per active Platinum card. You will receive the number of vouchers equal to the number of registered active Platinum cards in your account.
The Free Drink reward voucher is valid for seven days, until each Thursday, so don’t hold on to it for too long. Validation cannot be extended, as you will always receive a new Free Drink voucher every Friday. Enjoy your drink before it expires!
