Our party room can hold between 20 - 25 guests. While for shared space, it can hold between 10 - 15 guests.

Our party room is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hence, payment must be made in full for the booking to secure the party room.

The earlier, the better! Timezone accepts bookings that are made 1 week prior to event. Subjected to availability.

Yes, Platinum, Gold and Blue Elite members are eligible for 20%/ 15%/ 10% discount on the Fun Party Package.

  • Platinum Members: 20% (Up to 3 Redemptions/ Calendar Year)
  • Gold Members: 15% (Up to 2 Redemptions/ Calendar Year)
  • Blue Elite Members: 10% (1 Redemption/ Calendar Year)

 

The Platinum/Gold/ Blue Elite members discount does not apply to the add-ons (additional child, bumper cars, bowling, VR games, additional e-tickets, snack platter & drink and Goodie Bag).

To redeem your Platinum/Gold/ Blue Elite members discount, simply enter the first nine digits of your Timezone Powercard number (excluding the number "0" in front) + the current year, under the "Discount Code" field of the checkout page.

All are welcome! There is no age restriction. However, guests aged 15 and below must be accompanied by an adult. (4 minors = 1 Adult)

Please note that school uniforms or any clothing with a school name/logo are strictly prohibited from our premises.

Yes, a party host will assist you with your party program.

Yes, if you prefer an all-inclusive experience, our Party Host will seamlessly integrate the selected add-ons into the 80 minutes of Playtime included in our Fun Package.

However, for a more flexible approach, these activities can also be enjoyed separately on the same day and in the venue where the party is hosted. This option allows you to experience the add-ons outside the 80-minute Playtime without the facilitation of the Party Host.

It's best to keep decorations to a minimum. This includes things like party hats, table mats, and simple photo props. Backdrops, Piñatas and Sparkler candles (which may trigger fire alarm) aren't allowed, as we like to keep things easy to clean and prepare the party room for the next party without any delays. If you're unsure about what's allowed, don't hesitate to ask our party coordinator for guidance.

Yes, you can! You can approach our Fun Squads at the counter to make the purchase. 

Yes, you may bring your finger foods or bento set into the party room. However, no alcohol is allowed in our venues.

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake.

Please arrive 15 mins before your booking time so that your event may start punctually. There will be no extensions outside your time slot.

A 50% refund can be made if the booking is cancelled within seven days prior to the event.

You may do so at least 7 days prior to the event - this will be subject to availability. 

The prices for Birthday Party Package are fixed for a minimum of 10 pax. Thus, the price will remain the same if there are less than 10 pax. There will also be no refund if there are less than 10 pax on the day of the party due to guests who can't turn up.
