📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.     Actual redeemed item/s can be claimed within fifteen (15) to a maximum of thirty (30) working days from the date of filling.
2.    The chosen item's suggested retail price (SRP) will be followed in computing the corresponding ticket value.
3.     Item/s must be worth P5,000 minimum and P150,000 maximum.
4.     A valid ID shall be presented by the customer upon claiming of the item/s for verification purpose.
5.     Claimed items must be carefully checked by the customer for factory defects before leaving the venue. NO WARRANTY ON NON-ELECTRONIC ITEMS.
6.     On defective electronic, electrical devices and appliances, Timezone will only accept the return of these items ONE (1) day from the date it was released from the store, subject to further evaluation.
7.     Timezone has the right to refuse acceptance of defective items once proven that there is negligence on the part of the customer, and if it is already beyond the day warranty period.
8.     The customer will be notified immediately should there be any unforeseen event that will affect the availability or delivery of the redeemed item/s.
