Get rewarded for playing? Yes! Timezone Rewards is a membership program that gives you exclusive benefits for playing at all Timezone venues within New Zealand. Benefits vary according to membership tiers and range from bonus game credits, discount gameplay, exclusive benefits and so much more.

You can join Timezone Rewards by registering your Timezone Powercard online via the member portal. There are four membership tiers:

Welcome: A warm Welcome to Fun! Purchase a Welcome card in any of our venues by loading a minimum of $1. Register your card and you will be enrolled into the Welcome Tier and receive 2 reward points.

Blue Elite: Be part of an Elite force. Reaching 200 Reward Points will upgrade you to the Blue Elite Tier.

GOLD Plus: Go for Gold! Reaching 1000 Reward Points will upgrade you to the Gold Tier.

PLATINUM Plus: Truly a class of its own. Reaching 5,000 Reward Points will upgrade you to the ultra-exclusive Platinum Tier.

Please refer to the Rewards Table for more information on rewards and benefits offered at different tiers. 1 Reward Point equals $1.

Create an account online via the member portal or download the Timezone Fun App, add your Powercard to your account and start getting rewarded. 

By adding your Powercard to your online account you registered them with us. The benefits of doing this are to protect your balances and get REWARDED! You can earn rewards and stay updated on our exclusive offers and receive invitations to member events.

Reward Points are based on the net total load accumulated on a Powercard. We call this Reward Points. Your total Reward Points excludes bonus game credit earned from offers and promotions. One (1) Reward Point equals One Dollar ($1)

Example: A load of $50 on a double-dollar offer shows a balance of $100 worth of game credits. The net load credited towards Timezone Rewards is $50.

Please create an account online via the member portal or download the Timezone Fun App, add your Powercard to your account and you'll be able to see your total Reward Points on your Powercards. Alternatively, visit your local venue. 

Achievement and mid-tier bonus credit is sent to your Fun Account via an in-app redeemable voucher. Please login to your account via the Timezone Fun App to redeem. Discounted gameplay and free games are auto-credited into your Powercard upon meeting the required criteria.

To receive exclusive offers and Birthday Rewards, you need to be subscribed to our marketing communications.

You can check your current status level in your online member portal account or via the Timezone Fun App. Upon reaching the required Reward Points for a tier, our team in a venue will be able to upgrade your Powercard. Please visit your local venue to upgrade.

Who doesn’t love bonuses!? Blue Elite, GOLD Plus and PLATINUM Plus Powercard holders all receive exclusive mid-tier bonuses.

Receive a mid-tier bonus for each 200 Reward Points Spent, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1,200, 1,400 etc.

Playing for free rocks! Though the daily free games are non-accumulative and will be refreshed daily.

The daily FREE games that come with Gold and Platinum status are applicable to the venue that you loaded up credit in. $20 a month must be spent for the daily free Yellow card reader game to be credited to your Powercard.

Using your Powercard in a venue to play games, load credit or redeem prizes.

Yes. Game credit and Powertickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last use.

Laser Tag cannot be exclusively booked unless your group fills the capacity of the arena. If your party does not fulfil the arena capacity, other guests may be playing in the arena at the same time. 

You must be at least 6 years old to play a game of Laser Tag.

Wear enclosed footwear - no thongs sandals or high heels.
Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance.
The Laser Arena uses flashing lights, lasers and strobe lighting.
Any persons that suffer photosensitivity epilepsy enter the maze at their own risk.

A $100 deposit is required when booking your party; the final balance is to be paid on the day of your event based on your final guest numbers at this time. This deposit is non-refundable from the date of booking.

There is a minimum payment of 8 guests to enjoy the full experience of a birthday party with TIMEZONE. 

The minimum age for a TIMEZONE party is 5 years old, however, whether you are 8 or 88 years old, you are welcome to party with us.

We have developed a colour-coded system for our games based on the game type: 

Red Swiper games are available to play the entire duration of your party. 

Yellow Swiper games are available to play the entire duration of your party. 

A carer is a parent, guardian or adult responsible for supervising the party children and a touchpoint for us. We recommend that carers are present for the duration of your party. Carers are there to ensure the kids are all in attendance during each activity, escort the kids to the bathroom and ensure they are behaving appropriately in the venue. If there is a problem the host will inform the carers, so it is necessary to remain in the venue to be able to supervise the party.

Party invitations are available in-venue that can be picked up upon booking. You can also download invitations HERE which can be printed off at home! 

We request that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time to organise Powercards, kids, food etc. This is to ensure that your party experience begins on time and that none of your guests miss out on any of the fun!  

Both packages will go for approximately 2.5 hours. 

The party area for food and cake will be available for up to 30 minutes [selected venues]. 

Please note that even though every endeavour is made to guarantee tables are available for adults, during busier periods this may not always be possible.

Yes, you can! When you go through to book, select boy, girl or combined/twin. Click the combined/twin option and proceed through to finalise your booking. You should also add the two names section when booking! 

Your group will either be eating in the venue's party room (selected centres) or a designated area, subject to availability. Please enquire when booking a party with us as some venues do not have an area to sit. 

Feel free to discuss your requirements with us. You are permitted to bring some catering but it should be discussed with our Fun squad prior the party.

You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. 

1. Entry is subject to all conditions displayed on the booking confirmation email and at the front entry.
2. No food, beverages or animals may be brought onto the premises without prior consent by Management.
3. Management reserves the right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.
4. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
5. Timezone takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. However, Timezone will not be liable to any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Timezone or its employees, contractors or agents) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of.
6. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
7. Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
8. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you at the premises must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss or damage to Timezone.
9. Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials, and you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.

By purchasing or using a Powercard, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Treat this Powercard like cash. Timezone will not be held responsible for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Powercards and these will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Register your details in venue or on our website and we may be able to transfer your Powertickets and cash balance. The credit balance on this Powercard is redeemable for game use at Timezone and Zone Bowling venues within New Zealand only. This Powercard cannot be used for birthday party deposits, to purchase time play packages, to purchase gift cards or to acquire Timezone goods and/or services online. This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold. The cash balance and Powertickets on this Powercard cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given for remaining balances but any remaining balance may be applied to future play credit. Powercard credit balances including play credit and Powertickets cannot be combined with other Powercards. This Powercard will expire 1 year from the last used date, at which time any unused balance and Powertickets will be forfeited. You are liable for all transactions on this Powercard except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence on our part or on the part of our employees. Monies, bonuses and Powertickets cannot be split across separate Powercards. All loads must be onto a single Powercard and any bonus amounts placed onto the same Powercard.

Load money onto your Powercard and swipe or tap your card through the swiper to start your game.  The price of the game will automatically be deducted from your Powercard.  Any Powertickets you win are automatically added onto your card.  Redeem your Powertickets for prizes at the prize counter. 

If you purchase a Time Play package, just swipe your card on the yellow and red swiper games included in your package and your time will automatically start.  No Powertickets are awarded during Time Play and packages are per person.

During Timeplay there is 45-second delay between each tap and you only can play the same game four times in a row. The Timeplay can only be used at the venue it was purchased at, and it expires after 7 days if not used. 

All prices listed on this website are denominated in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST. All transactions processed via this website will be processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Pricing is subject to change from time to time at TEEG NZ Limited’s discretion.

As part of the Timezone Rewards program, Birthday treats and Discounts on Birthday Parties are sent to qualifying guests via eDM. EDMs are sent on the 1 day of the month in which your birthday falls.  Vouchers are valid for one month* from the date of issue and can only be redeemed once on to the registered Powercard. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers e.g. Double Dollars.

1. Birthday party booking deposits purchased via this website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange unless required by law.
2. TIMEZONE cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your birthday party if you or any guests in your group are late.
3. In the unforeseen circumstance, TIMEZONE encounters technical issues your birthday party start time may begin later than the original booking start time.
4. The purchasing of birthday party packages and extras may be subject to credit card and other fees. TIMEZONE reserves the right to vary the amount of this transaction fee from time to time, as specified in the booking purchasing process.
5. Birthday party package prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in NZD and include GST. 
6. Birthday party booking deposits can be purchased through this website or over the phone by using a major credit card or PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the time of booking.
7. Birthday party booking deposits can also be purchased at any TIMEZONE venue by using EFTPOS or Cash. Your EFTPOS account will be debited at the time of booking.
8. Handle your birthday party confirmation email as you would cash. Be cautious if someone offers to sell you this document - it has no official resale value and may be an unauthorised copy. You release TIMEZONE from any liability, claim or the like arising as a result of TIMEZONE honouring a stolen or unauthorised copy of an e-voucher. Lost, damaged or stolen birthday party barcodes cannot be replaced.
9. TIMEZONE reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any birthday party packages. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
10. Birthday party booking barcodes are redeemable at TIMEZONE centres in New Zealand only.

12. There is a minimum of eight (8) guests required for each birthday party booking.
13. External food or beverage is permitted, but it has to be advised to our staff when making the booking. Guests are also permitted to bring their own birthday cake.
14. Your group will either be eating in the venue's party room (selected centres) or a designated area, subject to availability. Please enquire when booking for a party with us as some venues do not have an area to sit. 
15. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your birthday party start time to ensure your party begins on time. 
16. TIMEZONE birthday parties run for the following lengths of time: 
    1. An Extreme Gamer Birthday Party Package will go for approximately 2.5 hours 
    2. An Ultimate Gamer Birthday Party Package will go for approximately 2.5 hours 
17. The party tables will be available for up to 30 minutes. Please note that even though every endeavour is made to guarantee tables are available for adults, during busier periods this may not always be possible.

19. Laser Tag cannot be exclusively booked unless your group fills the capacity of the arena
20. The minimum age for children at TIMEZONE birthday parties is five (5) years old. 

Timezone Student Discount is only available in-venue. Offer entitles students to 10% discount on arcade credit. All Credit and subsequent bonuses can only be loaded onto a single Powercard. Offer valid all year. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. Bonus credit is not counted towards rewards tiers, and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold and transferred. Subject to change without notice and redemption is at venue management's discretion and any decisions are final. Valid Tertiary Student ID required to redeem.

The Timezone School Holiday deals are available from 8 April to 12 May 2024. The offers entail:

• Get $90 when you load $60
• Get $220 when you load $120

Not available in conjunction with any other offer and any bonus credit amount must be loaded onto the purchaser's Powercard and cannot be split across multiple cards.

1. School and Youth packages must be pre-booked.
2. Minimum group size 15.
3. Final group numbers must be confirmed 24 hours before event day. If group numbers are reduced with less than 24 hours notice Timezone reserves the right to charge full payment for non attendees.
4. Not available at Timezone Motion Entertainment Rotorua

Packages available for groups of 8 persons or more. Time Play is available on all Ticket and Standard games. No Powertickets are awarded during Time Play. Feature game varies per venue.

1. Participating NZ Timezone Venues include: North Island: Zone Bowling Manukau, Zone Bowling Botany, Zone Bowling Henderson, Timezone Courtenay Place   South Island: Timezone Riccarton.
2. The Preliminary Contests will be held on 16 March 2024. 
3. Free Play practice will be available on Taiko No Tatsujin before the official competition for all guests from the time listed in the info page.
4. Each guest must own a Timezone Powercard and Bandai Namco passport or Amusement IC Card to be in the Preliminary Contests and Regional Tournaments. These can be purchased at participating Timezone venues.
5. There is no age restriction to enter. Minors require the consent of a legal representative (parent/guardian) to participate.
6. Employees and agents of Timezone Australia Pty Ltd engaged in connection with the development or operation of this event/campaign are not eligible to enter this event/campaign.
7. Each venue can qualify a maximum of 20 participants during the competition, if 21 or more participants are registered by 6pm the participants will be drawn by a lottery.
8. Players will compete 2 at a time and scores will be recorded via the game during competition. All scores will then be collated internationally until all qualifying events have been held and hosted, at which time the 5 international champions will be notified and receive details on the trip to Japan with championship details from Bandai Namco themselves.
9. The pre-selected song for the Taiko No Tatsujin Preliminary Contests has been chosen by Bandai Namco and is unknown to all until the moment of the competition. 
10. First & Second place, regardless of scores, for each venue will receive certificates on the day.
11. Participants may submit entries to multiple Preliminary Contests. However, participants chosen to advance past the Preliminary Contests even once may no longer participate in the preliminaries at another venue.
12. By participating in this tournament, Participants consent to and authorise Timezone NZ Ltd to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, photographs, videotapes, or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing, and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).

*20 minutes Free Game Play (Time play) is limited to Red and Yellow Swiper games only, no tickets are awarded during gameplay 

^$30 Double the Fun game credit must be loaded onto one Powercard in a single transaction. It can not be split over multiple powercards. No refunds will be given. 

One voucher code is redeemable per AA Membership number, per Timezone Account. 

Your Timezone AA Member Benefit unique voucher codes will be available to you every quarter, up to 4 times per year.

Vouchers codes will only be valid for the quarter they are allocated in. See voucher code expiry dates in the Timezone FUN App.
