Terms and Conditions

Entry to a Timezone venue is subject to Management’s discretion and to the following conditions of entry:

• No food, beverages or professional cameras are allowed at Timezone premises without prior consent from Management.
  
  
• Management reserves the right to inspect bags on entry and exit, to refuse entry to guests under the influence of alcohol and to remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under their care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.
  
  
• Timezone takes all reasonable steps to provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. However, Timezone will not be liable to any person in respect of loss of life, property damage or personal injury, whether that loss, damage, or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of Timezone or its employees, contractors or agents) or otherwise. By entering a Timezone venue, each guest releases Timezone from all liability referred to in this condition. This exclusion and release does not apply to liability that cannot by law be contracted out of.
  
  
• Adults/Guardians/Parents (or equivalent) are responsible for persons under their supervision.
  
  
• Attendance by unaccompanied children in school uniform is discouraged.
  
  
• Children below the age of 10 years will not be permitted to enter into any financial transactions in Timezone venues.
  
  
• Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by guests at a Timezone venue must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without Timezone’s express prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss or damage to Timezone.
  
  
• Management reserves the right to change these general conditions of entry at any time. The updated terms and conditions will apply with immediate effect on and from the date of publication.

• We accept payments through Credit and Debit Cards issued by most of India's major banks, and UPI.
  
  
• All transactions are denominated in INR.
  
  
• Prizes from the redemption counter cannot be purchased with cash and can only be redeemed with Powertickets.

By purchasing or using a Powercard, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• Please retain your Timezone Powercard; a nominal replacement fee will be charged to replace a registered Powercard that is lost or stolen.
  
  
• The bonus balance is an additional balance added to your card when you reload or purchase an eligible product at a Timezone venue. Bonus balances can be used to play games at Timezone venues in India.
  
  
• Timezone will not be held responsible for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen Powercards. Defaced, mutilated or altered Powercards will not be refunded or redeemed.
  
  
• The unredeemed balance stored on a Powercard can be used to play games at all Timezone venues in India.
  
  
• Powercards, and any unredeemed balances on such cards, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold.
  
  
• Powercard balances, including credit, bonus and Powerticket balances, cannot be combined with, or split amongst, other Powercards.
  
  
• Powercards will expire 12 months from the last in-venue use date, at which time any unused balances (credit and bonus) and Powertickets will be forfeited. App reloads do not extend the expiry date of Powercard balances. Management has discretion in matters of reinstatement of expired balances, but under no circumstances will bonus or Powerticket balances be reinstated.
  
  
• To redeem merchandise from the prize shop, take your Powercard to the cash counter, and the Fun Squad will advise you of the number of Powertickets available for redemption on your Powercard. You can then choose prizes from the redemption counter based on the value of the Powertickets you have available. If you do not wish to spend your Powertickets at that time, they will remain on the Powercard, and any additional Powertickets won will accumulate until they are redeemed or expire.
  
  
• Cumulative Powertickets from multiple Powercards can be used to redeem merchandise.
  
  
• Timezone reserves the right to invalidate and cancel any prize or Powertickets won by the guest in case of any game malfunctioning.
  
  
• Register your Powercard via our website or the Fun App to track your balance at any time.

• A deposit of Rs 5,000 is required to secure each birthday party booking.
  
  
• The balance of the total party booking amount must be paid on the day of the party and prior to the party commencing.
  
  
• On the day of the party, the total amount payable will be calculated with reference to the greater of 15 guests (being the minimum required for a party) and the actual number of guests in attendance.
  
  
• Guests arriving after the commencement of a party will still be able to participate, but only for the balance of the time allocated to that party.
  
  
• Usually, birthday bookings are received not less than 2 weeks in advance. However, management may (at their discretion) accept bookings on shorter notice.
  
  
• The party host must arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled party time so that no other ongoing party is impacted.
  
  
• Timezone’s Party Host will take reasonable care, but will not accept responsibility for the supervision or wellbeing of the children attending.
  
  
• Not all Timezone venues provide food and beverages for birthday parties; however, some venues have deals with local food providers. Please contact your local Timezone venue for more information.

• Timezone rewards are calculated with reference to the total net load accumulated on a Timezone Powercard. Reward points exclude tax and bonus game credits earned from offers and promotions. Example: A load of Rs.1,300 offer shows a balance of Rs.1,400 worth of game credits. The reward entitlement will be calculated with reference to the net load of Rs.1,100 (i.e. the reload amount of Rs.1,300 net of tax).
  
  
• The provision of the benefits and rewards associated with Gold status is subject to, and conditional on, payment of an Activation fee of Rs.400. The activation fee is payable by the guest at the time that the relevant Powercard is upgraded.
  
  
• Benefits are only valid on active Powercards.
  
  
• Gold members are entitled to play 2 free video or selected ticket games each day. This entitlement will commence in the month following a member being upgraded to Gold status and will be maintained subject to the member loading not less than Rs.900 (net of tax) each month on to the member’s Gold Powercard in a Timezone venue. Reloads through Fun App are disregarded for the purpose of assessing qualification for this daily free game entitlement.
  
  
• Daily free games are non-accumulative and, if unutilised, will expire at the end of each day.
  
  
• Gold members enjoy a discount on gameplay; however, the discount may not be available on all games.
  
  
• Blue and Gold members qualify for rewards only if they have registered their card within 24 hours of card issue on the Timezone Fun App.
  
  
• Reward offers are issued only in the first 12 months following the date on which the relevant guest joins the rewards membership program. The validity of the offers is variable and different for the respective card tiers (Blue, Elite, and Gold). Each offer is valid for a limited period, with its validity defined in the relevant Timezone Fun App account.
  
  
• Digital Rewards shall not be carried forward in case of card reissue
• All Gold members registered after 1 April 2023 qualify for Gold Anniversary rewards and will receive exclusive Gold digital reward offers for 12 months following the first anniversary of the date on which the guest qualified as a Gold member.
  
  
• Rewards vouchers can only be redeemed at Timezone venues in India.

Timezone reserves the right to change or alter these terms and conditions without notice

• Most promotional campaigns apply to all venues in India; however, due to different offerings available at certain locations, promotional campaigns may differ. Please contact your local venue for information on current promotions.
  
  
• The ‘Half Price Tuesday’ and ‘Call it 9 or 99 Thursday’ promotions apply to selected games only and are not valid during national holidays.
  
  
• The 'Call It 9 or 99' promotional offer permits only one game per player
• Free Games / Daily Free Games can only be redeemed at the venue where they are loaded.
  
  
• Timezone reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of promotions, offers, schemes, products, and pricing at any given point in time.

• A guest may submit a request to redeem their Powertickets for merchandise with a maximum retail price of up to INR 9000 which is not available at a prize shop in a Timezone venue. Timezone reserves the right to accept or reject such requests and make such merchandise available at a ticket value deemed appropriate by Timezone. Timezone will endeavour to accept or reject such requests within 7 working days of the date on which the request was submitted. Such prize requests are not binding on Timezone until such time as they have been accepted by Timezone.
  
  
• Merchandise obtained by redeeming Powertickets cannot be exchanged/returned unless it is deemed by Timezone upon inspection to be subject to a manufacturing defect, in which case it will be exchanged by Timezone at no cost to the guest.
  
  
• Merchandise won in a game or during a contest period cannot be exchanged/returned unless it is deemed by Timezone upon inspection to be subject to a manufacturing defect, in which case it will be exchanged by Timezone at no cost to the guest. Guests are expected to review the product upon receipt of the prize.

• Waiting rules apply at certain attractions and games.
  
  
• Guests are requested to take reasonable care when utilising Timezone’s games, attractions and game accessories.
  
  
• Any intentional damage to products and property is liable to be recovered at a value decided upon by Timezone.
  
  
• Management reserves the right to restrict guests from participating in certain attractions and games available at Timezone venues.

By purchasing or using a Timezone gift card, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• You will receive an email with proof of purchase for the gift card promptly after you make your payment.
  
  
• Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost, or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
  
  
• The credit balance on a Timezone gift card is redeemable at all Timezone venues in India.
  
  
• Timezone gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be re-sold.
  
  
• Gift cards will expire in 12 months from the date of issue, at which time any unused balance will be forfeited.
  
  
• The holder of a gift card is liable for all transactions on the card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence on Timezone’s part or on the part of its employees.

Birthday Party Bookings:

• A reservation advance of Rs 5,000 is refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the date on which the party is scheduled to occur. The refund will be credited back to the credit card or bank account from which the payment was made in seven to ten business days.
• Reservations cancellations less than 15 days before the scheduled party shall be refunded as a credit balance to the party organiser’s Timezone Powercard.

Fun App Transactions:

• Ensure that you keep the access credentials to your Fun App account secure. All in-app card reloads are non-refundable and non-transferable to another Powercard.

Gift Cards:

Once purchased, gift card(s) are considered sold and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. Hence, kindly check all the details before purchasing.

Powercard balances:
